The Evening B scorebook disappeared after the last game but contact would be made with Ernie Clarkson of the League to ensure that the averages were correctly established.
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer reported a surplus this year although we had lost £500 worth of sponsorship from Vaux and Inghams since 1997 and asked for ideas of potential new sponsors. There was special mention of the fact that £600 of the subscription income came from the Juniors reflecting the healthy Junior position.
The Treasurer and Auditor were thanked for their continued excellent contribution to the financial matters of the club. Accepted & Signed by the Chairman

Junior Report: N Burtwistle reported that he was pleased with the progress of the Junior Teams. The U9’s won every game and was a great turnaround from last year when every game was lost, The U11 played well and included a win against Studley. Special mention was made to Andy Parker for his coaching of this team. The U13 won 3, drew 2 And lost 7. The U15 came in June and were unlucky in the Cup. There are 7 decent cricketers in this team.
